Refund Policy

Standard Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the tour (no-shows), are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking and request a refund:

  1. Email us at info@stagedoortours.net

  2. Include your full name, booking reference, and tour date

  3. Let us know if you'd prefer a refund or rescheduling (if applicable.

Please note that we cannot process refunds via social media or text messages—only email or written requests will be accepted.

​

In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to unforeseen illness or emergency on the part of the tour guide, you will receive a full refund or be offered the opportunity to reschedule.
