  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled due to unforeseen llness or emergency on the part of the tour guide, you will receive a full refund or be offered the opportunity to reschedule.

  • Our tours operate rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety during the tour, including when crossing roads or navigating uneven pavements between stops.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • By joining the tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
